BACKGROUND OF PROJECT

CNRM

Canada's environmentally friendly recycled aluminum project

Recycled aluminum refers to the aluminum alloy or metal obtained from the main raw materials of scrap aluminum, scrap aluminum alloy materials, or aluminum containing waste through production processes such as pretreatment, melting, refining, and casting. The production process of recycled aluminum eliminates the high energy consumption and high emission aluminum electrolysis process in the production of primary aluminum. It only requires melting and removing impurities from waste aluminum, adding alloying elements, and fully utilizing waste aluminum resources, which has significant energy-saving and emission reduction advantages. According to statistics, the energy consumption for producing 1 ton of recycled aluminum is only 5% of that of primary aluminum, and only 0.5 tons of carbon dioxide emissions are generated; Producing 1 ton of recycled aluminum is equivalent to saving 3.4 tons of standard coal, saving 14 cubic meters of water, and reducing solid waste emissions by 20 tons.

The expansion of the market size of the recycled aluminum industry is mainly due to the global shortage of resources and the increasing pressure on environmental protection. According to market research institutions, the global market size of the recycled aluminum industry is expected to reach 5.788 billion US dollars by 2025.

Against the backdrop of increasing global emphasis on sustainable development and resource recycling, the recycled aluminum industry has also ushered in new development opportunities in Canada and the United States. With the trade in of household appliances and cars in the consumer sectors of Canada and the United States, waste aluminum resources continue to accumulate. This project aims to use advanced environmental technology to process and process recycled aluminum, achieving an annual output of 40000 to 100000 tons, meeting international demand for recycled aluminum, and reducing environmental pressure caused by mineral aluminum production.

PROJECT ADVANTAGES

The production process of recycled aluminum produces less waste gas and wastewater, resulting in less environmental pollution.

Recycled aluminum can reduce the production cost of aluminum materials, improve production efficiency, and increase product added value.

Recycled aluminum has great market potential.
